Club & County shirts showcased at Twickenham Stadium during the Autumn Nations Cup
While we can’t be watching England Rugby in our clubhouse or at Twickenham Stadium, we wanted to let you know that we have sent our club shirt to Twickenham Stadium to take pride of place in the stands. This will ensure we are supporting the England team in spirit if not in person.
The RFU wanted to create a visual representation of the community game by displaying one shirt per club.
Each shirt will remind the players where they started their rugby careers, that we’re all still cheering them on from a distance and most importantly will underline to everybody watching on TV the importance of grassroots rugby and the impact the pandemic is having on our community game.
